Rocket Monkey Roastery Ltd are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

On order acceptance, we will send you a confirmatory e-mail. We will not disclose your e-mail address to a third party. You undertake that all details supplied by you are correct for the purpose of ordering and that the credit card you are using is your own.

 

Liability:

 

We do our utmost to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. However we cannot guarantee this. Rocket Monkey Roastery Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and we reserve the right to change products, descriptions and prices from time to time. However, we will ensure speedy correction of any errors and/or omissions after being notified of them. Rocket Monkey Roastery Ltd will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

 
Shipping and Handling:

 

Within the United Kingdom, small orders are sent either by 1st class post and bulk orders by a next day delivery service dependent upon size and weight.
 

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

 

Credit Card Security:

 

Rocket Monkey Roastery Ltd use third party secure payment providers to process your payments online. We currently use Worldpay and occasionally Paypal to process your payments. We will never see your card details as they are processed securely offsite.

Any orders taken over the telephone are processed through our online Worldpay Terminal. These are entered directly into the third party software and are never written down.
