WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

60ml of whole milk

30ml of heavy cream

20g of grated chocolate (70% green and blacks)

30ml of evaporated milk (or condensed if you prefer it thicker)

Add all to  pan - stir over a low heat

add a pinch of sea salt, pinch of cinnamon

add a single shot of espresso

1 tbsp of sugar.

Garnish: squirty cream, grated nutmeg, toasted marshmallow.

Serving suggestion: Drink with you feet up by a roaring fire wearing a chirstmas jumper!
